2. Speed up my PC 896 errors
3. Spy Eraser 48 infections

I bought my Dell XPS 210 almost a year ago now, it came with Windows Vista Home Premium. It’s been running slower lately, probably due to the programs I’ve installed and what not; I also know Vista needs higher RAM to run smoothly from what I’ve heard.

What else can be done to clean up unwanted files, adware, spyware, viruses, etc that may be on here that I don’t want? I’d prefer to get user suggestions on trusted programs before going out and downloading anything.
